Across the entire country: Geneva, Zürich, Lausanne, Lucerne, St. Moritz, Verbier, Gstaad, Engadin, Zermatt and Davos. We have a permanent on-the-ground team in Davos for every WEF week.

Do you only work during the World Economic Forum?

No. WEF Davos is one of our flagship engagements, but we operate every month of the year — corporate offsites, family stays, ski residencies, brand activations, investor summits, wellness sabbaticals and private events all over Switzerland.

What does WEF Davos accommodation include?

Private off-market chalets and residences — and, when needed, suites in select hotels — for the entire week of the Forum. Each property is fully staffed: butler, private chef, housekeeping and security. Around it we wrap mobility (helicopter and chauffeurs), press support, panel preparation and a 24/7 ground concierge.

Is there an early-booking discount for WEF 2027?

Yes. Guests who confirm their accommodation before 1 August 2026 receive a 20% discount on the entire stay. The offer applies to the WEF Davos week, January 18–22, 2027.

Speaking and panel placements, side-events and private dinners, photo and video production, podcast production with a pop-up studio, press kits and media outreach, and full coordination of partners and sponsors. Everything is delivered under one bureau and one lead.
